Students should consult with the M.P.S. Project's administrative assistant, Ann Gantner, before the final format of the project is copied and bound for final submission.

An Attestation Form and a Checklist of M.P.S. Requirements need to be completed and are available from the M.P.S. Project's Administrative Assistant.
Complete the Master's Degree information card on-line for students who are currently registered. Forms can be found at: http://www.gradschool.cornell.edu/forms scroll down to Degree information card (all degrees) on line (Net ID# required). If you are not registered, please complete the Professional Masters Degree Information Card (pdf) format, same web address as above. This can be printed on plain paper or sent as an attachment to thesis@cornell.edu.
