We are pleased that you have decided to explore transfer opportunities with the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University. We enroll approximately 250 new transfer students each fall and 50 each spring, nearly one-third of our annual enrolling classes. The admission staff is committed to helping and providing you with important information as you explore your transfer options.
Planning ahead is important as you consider transferring into CALS. The most important step in the transfer process is meeting our course requirements for the major you are interested in.
Required Preparatory Coursework
Campus visits can also be very helpful in your planning process. Transfer students are encouraged to attend group information sessions.
