Adrienne Wilson, in the CALS Registrar Office completes Dean's Certification Forms. You must fill out a release form at the time you hand in the Dean’s Recommendation Forms. Please include addressed stamped envelopes with your request.
Plan ahead; this process can take up to 2 weeks.
Dean's Certification This link will download the Judicial Administrator release form, which once completed allows us to start the Deans Certification process.
