CALS Registrar's Office

Welcome to the CALS Registrar's Office! This office serves as the main record keeper for all current CALS undergraduate students, and ensures that student registration, completion of degree requirements, and course scheduling occur in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. The CALS Registrar's Office exists independently from the University Registrar's Office, but it is guided by their mandates concerning confidentiality, accuracy, and security.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR GRADUATING SENIORS:

The CALS Application to Graduate is now available online.  Part I of the application requires 5 minutes of your time, where you will review your remaining college distribution requirements and how your name will appear on your diploma.  After you have submitted Part I, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation that Part I is complete and you will be given a link to Part II of your application to graduate which is for you and your advisor to review.

Deadlines for Submitting Parts I and II:

There are three steps to the Application to Graduate:  

1. Part I outlines the college graduation requirements.  It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete online.  After you have completed Part I, you will be emailed Part II of the Application to Graduate.
   
2. Part II outlines the outstanding requirements for the major(s) and any minors.  The student will complete this in-person with the faculty advisor(s).  It is a paper-based form.
3. When complete, Part II should be submitted to the CALS Registrar's Office by the application deadline.

Transcript Requests:  Students can request transcripts online through the Office of the University Registrar.

Enrollment Certification: Students can request proof of full-time enrollment.
