Description of Duties
Alba Vineyard is an award winning boutique winery and we are seeking an Assistant Vineyard Manager
to oversee all aspects of vineyard maintenance including trellising, pruning, spraying, and harvest.
Job Qualifications
Prior related experience is a plus, but we would rather find the right person and teach them the ropes.
You must be over 21, flexible about your work schedule, have a valid drivers license, and the ability
to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to speak conversational Spanish is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree, effectively communicate, organizational and computer skills,
and be willing to learn advanced viticulture techniques leading to cellar operations on the wines.
