Ronnybrook Farms is an independently owned dairy located in
the HudsonValley. It has been in continuous
operation for over 60 years. Milk is procured from its own herd, and from
surrounding dairies that adhere to strict a standard of predominantly grass
feeding, non use of hormones and antibiotics, and ethical treatment of their
animals.
Our products are accelerating in demand by a growing
movement of consumers looking
for local, fresh and naturally pure foods, from
environmentally enlightened farmers and sustainable farms.
This opening is a training position for future development
into an operations manager.
As a Trainee, you will assist in leading the overall
activities of the manufacturing plant
and to ensure quality products and services are provided to
our customers.
Responsibilities include learning all plant processes
including maintenance, regulatory
compliance including quality and safety programs, production
planning and new product
development.

Job Qualifications
Required Education/Experience:
A 4 year degree in engineering and or agriculture relating to dairy operations. Must be oriented toward process improvement and have demonstrated computer skills.
