Job Description
Provide leadership, coordinate, manage, supervise and evaluate the implementation of core Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Eat Smart New York (ESNY) programming in the Brooklyn and Queen regions and of citywide efforts as assigned. Promote issue-based program objectives and plans within the assigned area. Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of 10-20 staff. Supervise 10-20 staff. Insure accountability and provide direct overall supervision to assigned staff. Provide subject matter expertise in foods, nutrition, physical activity, food safety and health. Reports and receives supervision from the Nutrition and Health Program Leader.

Job Qualifications
MS degree in nutrition and home economics or public health with a minimum of 15 credits in nutrition. At least 5 years progressively responsible experience with emphasis on cmomunity-based models of education. At least 3 years of supervisory and management experience.
