Tell us a little bit about your BEE experience
"I am concentrating in Biological Engineering Technology. Professor Baeumner's BEE 260 class really stands out in my mind. She teaches a wide variety of material in her class ranging from mass balances to biosensors. She teaches it in a way that is easy to understand, even if the material can seem complex at times."
What are your future plans?
"Graduate school some time in the semi-distant future. Currently, to work in research and design for a cosmetics or pharmaceutical company after graduation. I am currently applying to companies for internships. Wish me luck! I had also entertained the idea of being a science writer for a newspaper or magazine but haven't really thought about it in depth."
