The Senior Associate Deans oversee faculty and department affairs in the College. CALS is a large college with 26 departments and 9 other centers and programs. The responsibilities for the departments and programs are split between the Senior Associate Deans. Three programs are directly overseen by Dean Susan Henry. Dean Henry and Deans Knuth and Nyrop function as a team and collaborate on important decisions and processes related to the departments and their programs.

Jennifer Drumluk is the CALS Director of Business Partnerships and Corporate Relations. She has three primary areas of responsibility: working with CALS faculty on issues related to technology transfer and commercialization of research discoveries (in full coordination with CCTEC); working with business partners on corporate philanthropy in support of CALS' Campaign needs (in full coordination with CALS Alumni Affairs, Development, and Communication); and working with business partners on recruiting and placement issues (in full coordination with CALS Career Development).
Dean Susan Henry oversees International Programs (including CIIFAD), Laboratory of Ornithology, and Mann Library.
